BENEFITS OFFERED:

A LIFE INSURANCE policy in the amount of $10,000. is provided to each employee at no cost.

GROUP HEALTH INS. is offered at this time through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. There are three plans to choose from and Masotti Electric contributes $200. to $400. toward the premium, depending on the size of family to be covered.

DENTAL INSURANCE is available and paid entirely by the employee.

DISABILITY INSURANCE - Long Term is paid fully by Masotti Electric. Short Term is available and paid by employee.

SIMPLE IRA - Once a year employees are given the opportunity to join our retirement plan. Masotti Electric will contribute up to 3%, not to exceed the employee's own contribution.

APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM - Controlled by the State of Connecticut, this program requires that participants attend regular training classes. They are required to complete and pass 16 courses during the first four years of training. (On there own time.) Masotti electric will pay half the cost for each course, upon completion and grading of said course.
